Recent Projects

Audio comes naturally to me. I was raised in a musical household and began classical piano training at the age of 5 where I began my lifelong love affair with music and started honing my ear for detail. As I grew older I picked up more and more instruments and by high school I was recording music with friends and knew I wanted to do something with audio recording as a career. By college I had realized I would have much more fun working out in the field and had gravitated toward the video world. In 2005 I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Radio/TV/Film with a focus in Audio Production at the University of North Texas where I readied myself for the local Dallas/Fort Worth video production scene.

I started as a Production Assistant in the summer of 2005 and worked my way up to the Grip & Electric departments, keeping a close eye on the sound mixers I worked with along the way and absorbing as much as I could. By the end of 2006 I had assembled my first sound kit and was taking on sound mixing jobs exclusively. In the summer of 2015 I moved to Southeast Michigan with my wife Emily and we now have a son who inspires me to keep doing my best. My career has taken me to some amazing places and I absolutely love what I do. I bring an incredibly positive attitude to set along with my vast location audio experience.
